An account is required to authenticate, control, and configure your Control4 automation system. Before creating an account, you must first have a Control4 automation system installed by a trained Control4 Smart Home Pro.

Account names must be between 7 and 12 characters and contain only letters, numbers, underscores (_), or dashes (-).

Your account name is defined by your Smart Home Pro and can be used to quickly locate your account in a support situation. It is shown here and on the home page for your convenience.

Primary User

Primary user is the owner of the system and oversees all account options.

While completing your registration your email address must match what your Smart Home Pro entered when creating your account. After completing registration you may change your email address at any time.

Password must be between 7 and 25 characters, include one or more numerical digits, and include one or more upper or lower case characters.
Password and Confirm Password must match.
